Overview

Pay: $26.34 - $29.18, based on experience, with a $1 shift differential 

 

Shift: 3rd Shift, 11p-7a Sunday - Thursday, with occasional OT on Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

  • Transports and loads/ unloads film and adhesive rolls, film, and rollers to and from the machine
  • Ensures adhesive is accurately placed on the film
  • Adjusts the tension as needed to prevent wrinkles in the film
  • Monitors the machine while running to ensure appropriate material is available for the current job
  • Maintains Lamination Manifest, Quality Sheet, Back-web Roll Footage Log, and Computer log
  • Takes measurements of film for logs
  • Performs Coat Weight/ Mixed Ratio Checks for quality to determine proper balance

 

Qualifications

When your expertise drives us:

  • Must have the ability to read a tape measure
  • Must have basic math, reading, and writing skills
  • Previous production experience
  • Previous lamination experience is a plus

 

Additional details:

  • Inks and solvents create strong odor in the plant
  • Frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, and twisting
  • Ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly.
  • Overtime may be required
