• Bring artwork to life by building accurate, print-ready files that meet our high production standards.

• Spot and solve file or layout issues before they hit the press — quality is your signature.

• Follow brand guidelines and production specs to ensure every project is on point for size, color, and consistency.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and production teams to keep workflows smooth and efficient.

• Maintain organized files, clear documentation, and impeccable attention to detail.

• Share your technical know-how and support your teammates in continuous improvement.

• Stay safety-minded and adaptable — ready to jump in and help meet tight deadlines when needed.

When your expertise drives us:

• Proven experience creating accurate, print-ready artwork in a fast-paced production environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills to catch and fix file or layout issues before printing.

• Solid understanding of brand guidelines, color management, and production specifications.

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and print workflow software.

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and file management skills.

• Team player who can share expertise and support colleagues in improving processes.

• Safety-conscious, adaptable, and ready to handle tight deadlines with a positive attitude.

• Diploma or equivalent in Graphic Design, Prepress, or related field preferred.
