We are looking for a Kitting Associate to pick and pack our Client's product.

This position is currently open and reflects a new position created to support organizational growth.

Schedule: Monday -Thursday 3:15pm – 1:15am (4 x 10-hour shifts) 

The salary range for this position is $19.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.

• Assemble, pick, and pack orders accurately and efficiently

• Ensure every kit meets quality standards and deadlines

• Communicate with your team about stock needs and quality concerns

• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive workspace

When your expertise drives us:

• OSSD or equivalent

• Experience in kitting, packaging, or warehouse environments (a plus!)

• Attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork

• Safety-conscious and quality-driven mindset
