We are looking for two, Team Lead, on our night shift for our Paris location.

 

New position created to support organizational growth

Night Shift Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Rotation Structure:

Week 1

  • Work: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
  • Off: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Week 2

  • Work: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Off: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

The salary range for this position is $26.00 per hour to $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

  • Supervise and support a team of approximately 10 production employees
  • Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members
  • Schedule and coordinate workflow throughout the department
  • Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth distribution of work and project flow
  • Guide employees to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are achieved
  • Assist with troubleshooting production or quality issues
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

When your expertise drives us

Must have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (print, signage, plastics fabrication, or related industries)
  • Previous team lead or supervisory experience in a production setting
  • Hands-on experience with cutting/CNC operations or large-format digital printing
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards (including WHMIS)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Strong communication skills in English

Nice to have:

    • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
    • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and production workflows
    • Material Handling Level 3 certification
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
    • Proven ability to foster teamwork and collaboration in a production environment
