We are seeking a motivated Kitting Line Lead to join our Paris, Ontario team. This is a full-time day shift opportunity and a newly created position supporting our continued growth.

 

Compensation: $22.00–$24.50 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This salary range is provided in accordance with Ontario pay transparency requirements.

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of one or two kitting lines.
  • Work closely with the production team to achieve quality, accuracy, and productivity goals throughout each shift.
  • Receive and verify product counts for kitting operations.
  • Ensure packing slips are followed accurately for each customer kit.
  • Order and maintain inventory of production supplies, including boxes, tape, labels, and other materials.
  • Verify that finished products meet quality standards and are packaged correctly for shipment.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve team performance and production efficiency.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback during performance reviews.
  • Identify training and skill development opportunities for team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work overtime and rotating shifts as required.
  • Promote a culture of safety by following all company health and safety policies and promptly reporting injuries, incidents, or workplace hazards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (Grade 12) or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and work collaboratively with a team.
  • Flexible and quality-focused with a strong attention to detail.
  • Available to work continental and rotating shifts, including overtime as required.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
